Menu planning is definitely not my strong suit. However, as I'm attempting to bring peace and organization to our home, I've started planning our weekly meals again. Plus I was tired of never having enough of something to put decent meals together. So here's what we're eating this week along with my grocery spending. I went a little over my $75 weekly budget. I didn't check items on hand before shopping and got extra eggs and onion which weren't needed.

Your Eggplant Parmesan...and Chicken & Asparagus sound so yummy! Great menu plan!
Welcome to MPM! How on earth did you get 9 boxes of Barilla for free????
Thanks for sharing your menu and have a great week.
Mommychicky - Thanks for the welcome! Regarding the Barilla, Harris Teeter has Barilla on sale for 5/$5. The whole grain is also included in the sale. Using .50/1 Qs from recent Sunday inserts, those coupons doubled for FREE pasta!
Laura - Thanks for visiting!
Mmmmm....the menu sounds good. I love eggplant too. Might have to make that one night. Thanks for sharing your menu!
