Last week's Carolina BBQ was a big hit on Memorial Day! It turned out so well, I went to Harris Teeter to pick up another pork butt before the sale ended. It's nicely tucked away in the freezer for the 4th of July. Also loved the kefir smoothies! Tasted very much like yogurt to me but much more filling.
