1/2 - 1 c diced organic sweet onion
15oz can organic tomato sauce
1/4 c organic ketchup
1/4 c organic barbecue sauce
1 tbsp organic sucanat

YUM! Thanks so much for sharing. Do you sprout your own wheat berries? I haven't done that yet.

We sure have had some summer like days, haven't we?
Thanks for linking up to Tasty Tuesday. :)

Jen - I haven't sprouted my own wheat berries yet. For now, I'm using the Food for Life Ezekiel buns, which are delicious!

I'm enjoying the weather too!
