Saturday - Garden Pasta sauce using fresh organic tomatoes (and some organic canned!), organic zucchini & squash over whole wheat rotini
Sunday - Momma takes a break - dinner out!
Monday - Lentil Chili with Homemade Cornbread (subbed ground flax seed for wheat germ in the recipe)
Tuesday - Roast Chicken with organic brown rice & steamed veggies
Wednesday - Brown Rice & Black Bean Burritos
Thursday - Crockpot Chicken with Mushroom gravy, organic brown rice & steamed veggies
Friday - Baked Lemon Chicken with New Potatoes & Vegetables
